CARLSON Wagonlit Travel has launched a new online tool developed with the needs of SMEs in mind.
CWT Connect Now is designed to deal with both simple point-to-point itineraries and more complex bookings, all presented in a more user-friendly interface akin to those used by leisure travellers making online bookings.
Travel policies can be integrated with CWT Connect Now while offline support is also offered. Fee-free set up of the tool and the opening of an account can be completed in 24 hours, and customers can also make use of performance monitoring and reporting services.
